Bluebell Nursing Home is a family run concern and the managers have many years of experience in the care home sector. Mr and Mrs Smith and their son Ian are serior management and are supported by a dedicated team of professional staff headed by Matron Mrs Jackie Hawes.

Mr James B Smith Chairman and Managing Director of the Nursing Home. He has many years experience in the Private Care Sector.

Mrs Margery Smith R.N. Director of Nursing. ENB 998, NVQ Assessor, NVQ Internal Verifier, MAST Trainer.

Mr Ian Smith Director of Administrations. Social Politics & Sociology, City and Guilds Advanced Management for Care, City and Guilds in Catering.

Mrs Lynda Kirkland R.N. Matron E.N.B. 941 E.N.B. 998 .

Commission for Social Care & Inspections who regulate the efficiency and running of all nursing/care homes.

The Nursing Homes Association which is instrumental in ensuring members maintain high standards of care.

N.V.Q. Training Departments as a recognised assessment site, enabling junior staff to progress to various levels of N.V.Q. trainingwith City and Guilds. Many of our staff hold N.V.Q. qualifications and the level acheived is indicated on their badges.

Qualified Nursing Staff are Registered Nurses on part one or two of the register with the NMC
